"Chris worked with my Year 5 class of 25 children delivering drumming lessons. He included all the children in the class at all times, including a child with Russian as his first language. His enthusiastic attitude to music was evident and he had excellent subject knowledge. He encouraged the more reluctant children to have a go and all children achieved to the best of their ability. Chris has good behaviour management skills. He displayed a very positive attitude to praising good behaviour but also dealt very well with those children who were off task at times. At the end of the sessions Chris produced a very impressive performance with the gifted and talented children that showed off the vast amount of skills they had learnt in such a short amount of time. I would not hesitate in providing him with a reference for any future work."
